JERSEY`s COURAGOUS SENATOR : STUART SYVRET

In Europe there is still an onliest federation WITHOUT a real existing democracy :
Jersey and its neighboured islands. Jersey,-which is a crown depancy,-govern itself,
is allowed to create and annouce OWN laws. The power mainly is devided between
the wealthy families. It seems, that there are only the same and uniform opinions
allowed and welcomed.

Senator Stuart Syvret, a former carpenter,-who was until September 2007,
the Health-minister of Jersey, lost his minister-post,after he`d criticised the fact,
that NO ONE of his committee-members(including the chief-minister at this time,
Frank Walker) showed any interests to change the very bad situations of
CARE-HOME-CHILDREN treatments done by care-home workers:

1. The "Gran-Prix"system at "Greenfields" care-home (the former "Les Chenes")
2. The "Solitary Confinement"
(in other european countries eventually only used for imprisoned terrorists!!)
3. The physically+emotional tortures .
4. The abuses,loan out, and rapes of care-home-children a.s.o.
 ( taken place especially at "Haut de la Garenne")
But Senator Syvret was (and still is) very courageous:
He wanted to talk and to negotiate with all members of the Jersey committee.

But,-the freedom of speech wasn`t allowed to him.
And Senator Syvret`s responsible acting was blocked up and stopped by 
the mayority of his committee members:
Under the leadership of Frank Walker , they sacked Stuart Syvret  !!
Of  course,the public,-especially the average citizens of Jersey, Guernsey,
Sark and Alderney now wanted to know the reasons,why their Health-minister
was sacked !
And then when an international call/request was made by the police of Jersey
to former care-home-kids,-to come to Jersey as eye-witnesses of the mitreatments,
then nearly everbody was talking about "Haut d a Garenne".
Especially the 160 care-home-survivors,-meeting theirself at Jersey at this event.
And about"such a story" many TV-and newspaper-reporters/journalists worldwide
wanted to report directly from Jersey`s "Haut de la Garenne".

Chief-minister  Walker wasn`t a good "actor"/pretender :
After an Live-TV-interwiew about the children-care-home-abuses ,
( the cameras still wasn`t switched off....and therefore recording)(Evidence !!!)
Frank Waker accused Senator Syvret :...."you are shafting Jersey internationality..."!! 

No thought of him,that he might have caused the whole trouble-situation himself..!
No thought of him,how much thee former care-home-children could have been
wished so much,that someday they could return home to their parents,-
or find a new mum and dad, not very  r i c h , but giving them love,
trust and tenderness to develope own self-esteem !!
